Terms and Conditions

These terms apply to all services provided by Oasis Mind Body® (Oasis Mind Body, ABN 26 627 591 268), referred to here as "Oasis Mind Body®", "we" or "us". By booking an Advisory service or purchasing from the Academy, you agree to these terms.
Some offers, such as partner or member promotions, have their own additional terms. Where they do, those terms are set out alongside the offer and apply together with these terms. Offer bonuses are available only through the offer they are listed with.
About our services
Oasis Mind Body® provides education, training and advisory services in workplace psychological health. Our services are educational. They are not psychological treatment, counselling, therapy or crisis support, and they do not create a psychologist and client relationship with any participant.
If you or someone in your team needs support, please contact your doctor, your Employee Assistance Program, or in an emergency, call your local emergency services (000 in Australia).
Advisory
These terms apply to keynotes, workshops, leader training, lunch-and-learns and other Advisory engagements. All Advisory fees are quoted on enquiry and are plus GST.
Bookings and payment
A booking is confirmed once we receive your signed agreement and a 50% deposit. On signing, we hold your date for 14 days while the deposit invoice is paid. If the deposit is not received within 14 days, the date may be released.
The deposit invoice is payable within 14 days of issue.
The balance is due 7 days before the delivery date. If the balance is not received by the due date, we may postpone delivery until payment is made.
For bookings made within 21 days of delivery, the full fee is invoiced on booking and must be paid before the delivery date.
Participant numbers are agreed at the time of booking and confirmed in your agreement.
Postponements and cancellations
Notice is counted in calendar days before the scheduled delivery date and must be given in writing.
22 days or more notice. Postponement: one postponement to a new date within 6 months, at no charge. Cancellation: deposit forfeited.
8 to 21 days notice. Postponement: 50% of the fee payable. Cancellation: 50% of the fee payable.
7 days or less notice. Postponement: 100% of the fee payable. Cancellation: 100% of the fee payable.
One postponement is allowed per booking. A second change of date is treated as a cancellation at the applicable rate.
Travel and accommodation already booked for your engagement is non-refundable and charged at cost, regardless of the notice given.
If we need to postpone or cancel
If illness or circumstances outside our control prevent us from delivering on the agreed date, we will contact you as soon as possible to arrange a new date. If a suitable new date cannot be agreed, we will refund all amounts paid for the undelivered session.
Travel and expenses
Travel within 30 km by road of Burleigh Heads QLD is included in the quoted fee.
Beyond 30 km by road, travel time is charged at $150 per hour + GST for the full trip, each way.
Flights, accommodation, tolls, parking, ground transfers and venue costs are charged at cost.
Where one-way travel exceeds three hours, an overnight stay is required and is charged at cost.
Recording and materials
Sessions may not be recorded, filmed or redistributed by your organisation or participants without our prior written consent.
With your organisation’s agreement, set out in your booking agreement, we may record the presentation (video and/or audio) to create educational content.
Any recording used outside your organisation shows only the presenter and the presentation content. Participants’ images, voices, names and questions, and any details identifying your organisation, are removed before use.
Participants are told before the session and again at the start when it is being recorded. Recording can be paused during group discussion.
We do not record leadership debriefs, confidential discussions or diagnostic work.
Recordings remain the intellectual property of Oasis Mind Body®. Materials are provided for participants’ use only and may not be reproduced for wider internal training or shared outside your organisation.
Academy
These terms apply to the Resource Library, Essentials and Programs, including The Psychologically Safe Leader. Academy prices are shown on each sales page and are inclusive of GST. Prices may change from time to time. The price shown at checkout is the price you pay. Purchases are processed through our secure checkout provider, Kajabi.
Resource Library
Resource Library items are provided at no cost. You may be asked for your name and email address to access them.
Resources are for your personal or internal use and may not be resold or republished.
The Psychologically Safe Leader
Access is valid for 24 weeks per enrolment.
Enrolments made during the pre-sale (21 October to 27 November 2026) start on 1 February 2027, with access ending on 19 July 2027. Enrolments before 1 February 2027 have 24 weeks’ access from 1 February 2027. Enrolments from 1 February 2027 have 24 weeks’ access from the date of enrolment.
Modules are released fortnightly across the program.
A certificate of completion is issued to participants who complete all six modules.
Each enrolment is for one named participant. Logins may not be shared.
Organisational enrolments
Organisations enrolling more than one person can request multi-seat pricing through our Contact page.
Organisational enrolments are invoiced directly. Your organisation provides each participant's email address, and we send each participant their registration details.
Within your organisation, a seat can be transferred to another person once, before all modules are unlocked. Transfers must be requested in writing by your organisation's nominated contact. The new participant receives the remaining access period only, and progress and bonuses already used do not transfer.
Seats cannot be transferred to another organisation, and individual enrolments are not transferable.
Pre-sale founding group
Everyone who enrols during the pre-sale, 21 October to 27 November 2026, joins the founding group and receives the founding group bonuses below.
Four live group Q&A sessions with Genevieve, one hour each, held monthly: three during the program and one after it.
A 30-minute 1:1 onboarding session, limited to the first 25 individual enrolments.
A group onboarding session for organisational enrolments, in place of 1:1 onboarding.
Bonus sessions are scheduled by us, delivered online, and are educational group sessions. They are not individual consultations. Bonuses have no cash value and cannot be exchanged.
Live sessions are recorded. Recordings are made available to people enrolled in the program, and participants who join with their camera, voice or name visible may appear in them. Our Privacy Policy explains how recordings are handled.
Essentials
Essentials membership is opening soon. Pricing and billing details will be published on the Essentials page when it opens.
Essentials is available by monthly or annual membership. Selected Essential Briefings may also be purchased individually for a limited time.
Membership:
Monthly membership can be cancelled at any time. Access continues to the end of the paid month.
Annual membership can be cancelled at any time to stop the next renewal. Access continues to the end of the paid year.
We will give existing members at least 30 days’ notice by email of any price change. The new price applies from your next renewal, and you can cancel before then.
Access to membership content ends when membership ends.
Refunds
Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy. In summary, change-of-mind refunds are not available on Academy purchases, including pre-sale enrolments and memberships.
Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. If a product or service has a major problem, you are entitled to the remedies available under that law.
General
Intellectual property
All content, materials, tools and frameworks, including the Cone of Health™, remain the intellectual property of Oasis Mind Body®. Your purchase gives you a personal, non-transferable licence to use them for the purpose they were provided. They may not be copied, resold, republished or used to deliver training to others without our written permission.
Liability
Our services provide education and information. Decisions about how you apply them in your workplace remain your responsibility. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to resupplying the service or refunding the amount paid for it. This does not limit any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law.
Privacy
We handle personal information in line with our Privacy Policy.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version in place at the time of your booking or purchase applies to it. The date at the top of this page shows when the terms were last updated.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland and the Commonwealth of Australia.
