How Academy programs are built
Every Academy program is developed and delivered by Genevieve Johnson, registered psychologist, grounded in peer-reviewed research on workplace psychological health, psychosocial risk, and prevention science. Content is aligned to ISO 45003 and informed by Australian work health and safety legislation, translated for real work environments - the leadership habits, the everyday conversations, the systems of work.
