Meet the Founder

Genevieve Johnson is an AHPRA-registered Psychologist, MBA graduate and PhD candidate - and someone who has sat on both sides of the table.

Having worked as a senior manager in corporate environments before founding Oasis Mind Body®, Genevieve understands the pressures leaders and organisations face from the inside. That rare combination of clinical psychology and business acumen is what sets her work apart - and why the organisations she partners with see real, measurable outcomes.

Genevieve's work is grounded in cutting-edge science, including neuroplasticity and proactive psychology, translated into practical frameworks that embed into everyday leadership, culture and performance.

At the heart of it all is a simple belief: mental health, like physical health, should be trained and maintained every day. Watching that shift happen — the moment a leader or team truly understands how their mind works and begins to apply it — is what drives her work, and Oasis Mind Body, every single day.
