The psychologist behind Oasis Mind Body®.

Genevieve Johnson brings an unusual combination to workplace psychological health: a decade managing teams in business, and psychology practised directly inside an operational corporate environment.

That combination is what shapes her work. Having led teams through the ordinary pressures of operational business and then worked as an in-house psychologist for ExxonMobil's Long Island Point facility in Australia, she understands both what the science says and what a leader can realistically use day to day. Every Advisory engagement and every Academy program is built on that translation: psychological science turned into tools and insight that hold up in real work environments.

Genevieve is an AHPRA-registered psychologist and a PhD Candidate at Bond University, where her research focuses on best-practice workplace psychological health. BA, PGDipPsych, MPsych (Forensic), MBA.
