Our Story

What started as a passion for empowering people has grown into a science-driven business dedicated to transforming how organisations approach mental wellbeing and performance.

From working as a senior manager in corporate environments, our founder recognised the gap in quality proactive psychological support that is both practical and strategic.  Today, Oasis Mind Body® partners with organisations to strengthen psychological capability, enhance culture and elevate outcomes.

Meet our Founder

Genevieve Johnson (Founder & Psychologist) brings a unique blend of psychological expertise, corporate experience and strategic insight.

Genevieve is an AHPRA-registered Psychologist, MBA graduate and current PhD candidate researching how organisations can become psychologically healthier. She combines evidence-based practice with practical frameworks that help leaders, teams and individuals perform with clarity, confidence and resilience.
