Genevieve Colling

BA (Monash), PGDipPsych (Bond), MPsych(For) (Bond), MBA (Bond), PhD Candidate (Bond)

I have a diverse background with qualifications in Psychology and an MBA, almost a decade working for Australian and International companies, as well as experience in various psychological settings. I have a passion for pro-active mental health and utilise my knowledge and experience with an approach to psychology and business that is unique, practical, and supported by empirical research.

 I am an AHPRA registered Psychologist work with individuals, teams and businesses to provide solutions that are educational, pro-active and practical, equipping them with an ability to think differently about themselves, the people they deal with and situations they are faced with.

 I am currently completing my PhD at the intersection of Psychology and Business (to make businesses healthier) and I teach ‘Psychology at Work’ to both Undergraduate and Postgraduate students at Bond University. I also write thought-provoking articles about Psychology and Mental Health for Ocean Road Magazine, which you can read here

Our rockstar Manager & Nutrition Coach

Sue Colling

BBus (Bond), Nutrition Coach (Food Matters Institute)

Decades working in International companies at the executive management level provided me with amazing experiences and was a way for me to support my daughter and I. However, my true love and passion has always been in food – working with fresh ingredients in the kitchen has always been my happy place, and decades later it still is.

Over the years I have continued to increase my knowledge of food nutrition whilst refining my recipes, becoming well-known for delicious food full of flavour, whilst also being nutritious and healthy. My qualification as a Nutrition Coach has sought to reinforce my decades of knowledge and personal experiences.

I am incredibly passionate about helping others create delicious food, free of nasties, that is utterly finger-licking and also good for you. My knowledge of food, it’s impact on your health, and how to prepare meals at home has been instrumental in maintaining my health and that of my friends/family.

With my daughter, Genevieve, pursuing her passion, I am at a time in my life that I can also do the same. I look forward to working with clients to increase their knowledge and awareness of how food can help our health and wellbeing.
